First, I’d like to make a shout out to the confetti guy at Staples Center. haha, 2 little mishaps of early celebration right?
It’s OK we all felt the jello jigglin’.
Man, it wasn’t until the fourth quarter that I saw the energy in the Lakers again. The first half was rather sloppy, too many silly calls, and unproductive on the offensive end. Not to mention, we were letting guys on the Blazers score on us left and right. On another note, it seems the Blazers have a potentially strong team – missing a few strong key position players but they could be solid in a few years.
Anyway, back to our Lakers.

Farmar was the only one making a few shots early on in the game. And then Kobe brought his game back in late in the 3rd, making the most difficult shots over his opponents. We love how Kobe likes to take the harder route.
Thursday we host the Heat. and back at Portland again on Friday. Laker schedule this weekend seems a little more laxed – but then again, anything can happen. We’ve gotta continue to bring it. I’m looking forward to the Mavs game on Sunday.
